Programme Jeunesse Ici(PJICI Inc) in partnership with Balmoral Hall School for girls in Winnipeg and the Canadian Centre for Refugee Employment (CCRE Inc) delivers a program that assists refugee children learn computer skills.

This course focuses on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the Open Office suite,Video editing flashcards, iPad apps, to improve grammar and sentence structure, internet skills. The EAL Computer Course is a fully funded ten-week program for immigrants and refugees, and is designed to teach the language of computers and improve basic computer skills needed in post-secondary.
The PJICI Program provides this fully funded program to permanent Residents, refugees,claimants, Provincial Nominees and naturalized Canadian citizens only. This course is open to applicants who are currently enrolled in high school, adult education, language or college courses, or who plan to do so in the future. A Canadian Benchmark of 3 up to 5 is required to participate. .25 to 40 participants for the 2013 class.
