Education

Education is one of the core sectors that Programme Jeunesse Ici Corp (PJICI) focuses on in order to achieve its mandate of employment assistance for new immigrant youth and refugees. At PJICI, we believe that education is a crucial tool for success, particularly for those who are starting a new life in a foreign country.

Through our education initiatives, we aim to provide new immigrants and refugees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the Canadian job market. This includes language training, as well as courses in areas such as technology, finance, and customer service.

In addition to traditional classroom-based learning, PJICI also offers experiential learning opportunities, such as job shadowing and internships, that allow our clients to gain practical, hands-on experience in their desired field. We believe that these types of experiences are invaluable for building confidence and developing professional networks, both of which are essential for success in any career.

At PJICI, we recognize that education is not just about acquiring skills and knowledge, but also about personal growth and development. That’s why we offer a range of personal development workshops and coaching services to help our clients build their self-confidence, develop their interpersonal skills, and cultivate a positive mindset.

Overall, education is a cornerstone of the work that we do at PJICI. Through our education initiatives, we strive to equip our clients with the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals and build a successful life in Manitoba.
